Getting greener by the day!
Centos Translations takes sustainable development very seriously; hence looking after the environment is very important to us. We endeavour to minimise our impact on the environment by working from home and not having to travel to work. We make full use of our local council's recycling scheme and keep waste to a minimum by sending documents electronically whenever possible.

Our environmental policy:

• We will operate our business from home reducing the need for daily travel to a place of work.
  
• We will endeavour to reduce paper waste by conducting our business mostly by e-mail or by phone; and by only making use of our electronic fax. Whenever you fax us a document, it goes directly on our computer system; hence no paper is used at all. When the use of paper is necessary, we will use double sided printing whenever possible; save paper printed on one side for subsequent reuse and make full use of our local council's paper recycling scheme.
• We will shred all confidential documents and have the paper recycled.
  
• We will put in practice an energy conservation policy, ensuring that our equipment is turned off when not in use.
• We will recycle old equipment whenever possible.
